Job summary

Mon Health Medical Center seeks a Certified Nurse Anesthetist to provide comprehensive anesthesia care across diverse surgical procedures. You will perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and discuss anesthetic plans with patients. The role requires active collaboration with the CRNA team and perioperative leadership.

Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program with AANA certification is required, along with current RN licensure. West Virginia license eligibility will be needed.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
