Job summary

Envision is seeking a Chief CRNA of Anesthesia to join Jackson North Medical Center in North Miami Beach, Florida. This full-time role offers a $150K start date bonus and 100% malpractice insurance with tail coverage.

The anesthesia team comprises 7 physicians and 13 CRNAs across OR and OB. NO weekends or call; 6 ORs plus offsite locations; shifts include 10- and 8-hour roles with OB stipends. A CME allowance and retention bonuses accompany a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified CRNA with hospital anesthesia experience.
• Full-time employment as Chief CRNA.
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and staffing oversight for the anesthesia team.
• Assist with recruitment and recruitment events.
• Serve as liaison with hospital leadership.
• Act as a clinical resource within the department and hospital.
• Leading professional development activities.
• Overseeing orientation and onboarding of new hires.
