Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field required.
Minimum ten years’ experience in credit and lending in commercial banking or equivalent.
Extensive knowledge of credit analysis, banking regulations and bank policies.
Proven leadership and management experience of credit teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee credit risk management and policy development for the bank.
Direct annual loan review, credit analysis, and support asset management.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align credit policies with business objectives.
Ensure adherence to loan documentation, policy, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor credit risk metrics, loss reserves, and reporting to the Board.
