The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced construction administrator to provide oversight within the design and construction services department.

You will plan and manage construction administration functions, review architectural plans, specifications, and submittals with staff, consultants and contractors, and ensure deliverables meet timelines, budgets, and contract requirements. Responsibilities include overseeing projects for GEO and GEO Care, developing budgets and schedules,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction, or related field; ten (10) years of progressive work experience required.
• Ability to work independently on projects, manage budgets and timelines, and supervise department staff.
• Demonstrated department/office management responsibility and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to travel and coordinate with multiple departments and consultants.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the construction of all GEO and GEO Care projects.
• Prepares project budgets, schedules, and provides guidance on objectives.
• Participates in development of design objectives with staff, consultants, and departments.
• Develops and manages refinement of construction controls and standard contracts.
• Maintains communication between departments and consultants for timely design and submittals.
• Supervises and evaluates work of subordinate division staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
