Job summary

EgyBell is hiring a Chief Commercial Officer to lead the group’s global commercial strategy from its El-Sheikh Zayed office. You will shape business plans, KPIs, and policy alignment with executive objectives.

You will oversee trading, procurement, sales, market development, and risk management while guiding a high-performing team and partnering with Finance, IT, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10–15 years of experience in commodity trading or commercial leadership.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong expertise in commodity markets (grains or soft commodities preferred).
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities
