Qualifications

• Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 3 years of CRNA experience with leadership experience preferred.

Scheduling

• Preferred scheduling and work-life balance.
• 40 hours per week and 45 weeks per year.
• One weekend shift per month.
• Minimal night shifts per year.
• No call.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Safely administer anesthesia and manage patients throughout the perioperative continuum.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perioperative staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality, safety, and workflow initiatives aimed at improving patient care and clinician experience.

• Full-time yearly compensation is based on FTE:
• W-2 $257k-475k base
• 1099 $292k-528k base
• Leadership Stipend 20k
• Sign-on and relocation incentives available for W2 or 1099
