Qualifications

• 5–7 years of post-fellowship experience in adult cardiac and thoracic surgery.
• Strong clinical expertise in adult cardiac and thoracic surgery.
• Leadership and collaboration skills to support program growth and physician education.

Responsibilities

• Lead an established Cardiothoracic Surgery Program as Chief.
• Collaborate with medical staff to educate and promote current and advanced procedures.
• Oversee operations with multiple ORs and labs across campuses.
• Support education and growth of the surgical team.
