Job summary

Ableserve is seeking a Chief Engineer to act as the on-site representative of the building owner in Austin, TX. You will supervise maintenance staff and coordinate all engineering operations of the facility.

The role requires 4–6 years of building experience with RTU, Chillers, BAS, and electrical/electronic controls, plus a certified HVAC/boiler technician. You must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, provide excellent customer service, and be available 24/7, with proficiency in

Qualifications

• 4-6 years building experience including operation of RTU, Chillers, BAS, pneumatic/electrical controls, electrical/emergency systems, plumbing and general maintenance.
• Certified HVAC / boiler technician.
• Skilled in electrical systems UPS and Generator.
• Demonstrated superior customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to contact 24 x 7.
• Must be able to operate a PC utilizing MS Office and CMMS software.

Pay:$44- $45
