The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) in Washington, DC is seeking a full-time Chief Budget Officer in the Office of Finance to lead the enterprise budget lifecycle under the SEC Budget Rule. You will drive financial planning and analysis while coordinating with divisions and the SEC on budget submissions.

Responsibilities include forecasting, reporting, and continuous process improvement; leading a high-performing FP&A team; and implementing budgeting technologies such as

Qualificações

• At least 12 years of experience in budgeting, accounting, or finance.
• Experience leading a multimillion-dollar annual budget and presenting budget justifications.
• Ability to build metrics and define program strategies and milestones.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the enterprise budget process.
• Coordinate with divisions and senior leaders to align budgets with strategic priorities.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly financial reporting and forecast updates for CFO/COO and the Board.
