• Recruit, commission and edit staff writers, freelance contributors, community voices and experts.

• Develop recognizable staff voices that build trust and readership across platforms.
• Work with reporters to broaden audience reach via columns, newsletters, social, video and events.
• Partner with newsroom, audience, visual and product teams to identify best formats and presentation for opinion content.
• Maintain high standards for accuracy, fairness, and ethical journalism.
