Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking an anesthesiologist for our Fayetteville ASC in Fayetteville, NC. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7am to 3pm with no nights, weekends, or holidays, and includes a $450K total compensation and a $100K sign-on incentive.

The role spans diverse cases—ortho, ENT, plastics, vascular—and operates within an anesthesia care team model. Leadership responsibilities and a strong benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• Current medical licensure.
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
