Job summary

Signature Healthcare, Brockton Hospital in Brockton, MA seeks a Chief Anesthesiologist to lead the anesthesia department in collaboration with Sound Anesthesia.

Qualifications

• US residency completed in anesthesiology.
• Board certification in Anesthesia.
• Active MA license or eligible to license in MA.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative and postoperative anesthesia care for Signature Healthcare, Brockton Hospital across general, ortho, ENT, endo, vascular, podiatry, plastics and OB/GYN.
• Collaborate with CRNAs, anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other physicians to ensure high-quality anesthesia services.
• As chief, establish and maintain patient care standards and oversee quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor, evaluate, and act on data related to department performance and patient safety.
• Represent the department to medical staff and coordinate with hospital administration and Sound Anesthesia.
