Job summary

Envision is seeking a Chief Anesthesiologist to lead the anesthesia department in Naples, FL. This dual clinical and administrative role oversees anesthesia services, establishes clinical protocols, and manages a dedicated team of providers to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

You will collaborate with executive leadership and surgical teams to optimize workflows in our main operating suites and procedure room, with a focus on orthopedic cases and occasional sedation for pain procedures.

Envision is seeking a Chief Anesthesiologist to lead our anesthesia department. In this dual clinical and administrative leadership role, you will oversee anesthesia services, establish clinical protocols, manage a dedicated team of providers, and maintain the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction. You will work closely with executive leadership and our surgical teams to optimize workflows in both our main operating rooms and our specialized procedure room.

2 OR's, 1 procedure room- MC/CRNA 1:2

Primarily orthopedic cases and occasionally provide sedation for pain procedures. No spine,No pediatric cases.
