Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience in alumni relations or related nonprofit fields.
• Strong strategic and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a senior executive team responsible for alumni engagement, campaigns, and communications.
• Partner with campus units to integrate alumni into university initiatives.
• Oversee budget, governance, and board relations for the foundation.
• Drive data-driven strategies to grow alumni participation and philanthropy.
