Job summary

Ensemble Partners is seeking a senior AI/Data leader in New York to build and own the function from the top. You will shape AI and Data strategy, recruit and scale the leadership team, and turn AI into a major driver of the company’s growth.

This is a rare mandate at a fast-growing tech scale-up with executive backing, where you will influence board-level decisions, partner with executives, and define the long-term direction of the function in a hybrid New York setup.

Job description

$350k to $425k base + significant bonus + meaningful equity

A fast-growing technology scale-up is making a major investment into AI and Data as it enters its next stage of growth.

They are looking for a senior leader to build and own the function from the top.

This is not a maintenance role.

You will have the freedom, budget and executive backing to shape the AI and Data strategy, build the team and turn the capability into a major part of the company’s growth story.
