Job summary

TENEX.AI is hiring a Head of Adversarial Research to build and lead our elite research arm. You will track in-the-wild campaigns, dismantle malware variants, and analyze threat actor toolkits to empower our AI-driven detections.

You will publish research, present at conferences, and collaborate with SOC, IR, and engineering to advance our security capabilities. This role is based in Scottsdale, AZ with a focus on leadership and innovation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cyber threat intelligence or adversarial research with leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of ATT&CK, threat actor methods, and cybercrime ecosystem.
• Hands-on malware analysis, exploit kits, and adversary infrastructure.
• Published research, public speaking, or community contributions.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a world-class adversarial research team.
• Track threat campaigns, toolkits, TTPs, and malware variants.
• Translate findings into high-fidelity AI-driven detections with Detection Engineering.
• Publish blogs, whitepapers, and present at conferences.
• Collaborate with SOC, Incident Response, and Software Engineering teams.
