Job summary

The University of Florida, in partnership with UF Health, seeks an Assistant Vice President/Chief Advancement Officer for the Northeast Florida Region. This senior leader will build and oversee a comprehensive philanthropy program across UF Health Jacksonville, UF Health St.

Johns, and UF Health Durbin Park, driving major gifts, annual giving, stewardship, and capital campaigns. The AVP/CAO-NE will manage a high-level portfolio of leadership and principal gift prospects, lead the UFHNE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) plus 8+ years in higher education fundraising.
• Master's degree with 8+ years and proven gifts of $1M+.
• Experience soliciting gifts at $1 million+ in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a comprehensive philanthropy program for UF Health Northeast.
• Lead development, annual giving, stewardship, and capital projects.
• Manage high-level portfolio of leadership and principal gift prospects.
• Inspire high performance and collaboration across UF Health Northeast teams.
