Job summary

Angry Chickz is seeking a Chicken Cutter to support our fast-paced kitchen. You will help prepare chicken for frying and ensure adherence to health and safety standards while maintaining efficiency and quality in food preparation.

Responsibilities include following safety guidelines, cleaning and trimming chicken tenders, and marinating prepared chicken. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is advantageous.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety guidelines.
• Clean and remove tendon from chicken tenders.
• Rim chicken tenders as needed.
• Marinate prepared chicken.
