Chick-fil-A Asheville is seeking friendly Restaurant Team Members to deliver genuine hospitality and high-quality service. Both front-of-house and kitchen roles are available, with part-time and full-time options and flexible scheduling.

Team Members will learn and apply guest-centered service, food safety, and restaurant operations while thriving in a fast-paced environment. No prior restaurant experience is required, and a positive attitude is key.

Compensation

Previous experience in restaurants, retail, hospitality, food service, or customer service is helpful, but not required.

Position Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Regular and dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform routine cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
