Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking Team Members to deliver exceptional dining experiences across Dining Room, Front Counter, and Drive-Thru. You will greet guests, engage in friendly conversations, and help ensure smooth service while upholding Chick-fil-A standards.

Starting pay is competitive and opportunities for raises exist with tenure and training. You’ll work in a fun, supportive environment with flexible scheduling and development opportunities, including education assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality by looking guests in the eye, smiling, and engaging in encouraging conversations.
• Work in the Dining Room, Front Counter, and Drive-Thru.
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time.
• Work both indoors and outdoors.
• Multitask quickly and thoroughly.
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic.
• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow Team Members.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour. (Starting pay based on position, experience, and availability. Opportunities for raises and advancement come with tenure and training.)
