Qualifications

• Accurate order taking at register and drive-thru, confirming details clearly.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Customer service and hospitality - Greeting guests warmly whether they walk in or pull up in a car, maintaining eye contact, using polite language, and creating a fast but friendly experience.
• Order taking and accuracy - Taking accurate orders both at the register and often outside in the drive‑thru line using tablets, confirming details clearly, and accommodating special requests.
• Food delivery and dining room support - Bringing food to tables (in dine‑in settings), checking on guests, refilling drinks, and ensuring customers have what they need during their visit.
• Drive thru flow and efficiency - Managing traffic flow in the drive‑thru by directing cars, keeping lines moving, and communicating with the kitchen and other team members to reduce wait times.
• Payments and cleanliness - Processing payments (cash, card, mobile) in both indoor and drive‑thru settings, while also keeping the front counter, drink stations, and drive‑thru areas clean and stocked.
