Responsibilities

Our NP/PA will provide direct care to adult patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, weight management, including medical management and patient education. Will manage use of insulin pumps, continuous glucose sensors and related diabetes technology. NP works as part of a team that includes direct supervision by top endocrinologists in Illinois.

Qualifications
