Qualifications
2+ years of experience in commercial or complex litigation.
Background at an Am Law firm or highly regarded litigation practice preferred.
Experience with federal and/or state court litigation.
Responsibilities
Managing all phases of commercial and business litigation.
Drafting substantive motions, briefs, and discovery.
Taking and defending fact and expert depositions.
Participating in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Working directly with partners and clients on case strategy and risk assessment.
