Job summary

Nufarm is seeking a Tolling Planner for our Alsip, IL-based Supply Chain team. You will develop and execute production and material plans with Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Demand Planning, and Customer Service to balance supply and demand and optimize inventory.

Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Planning Manager, the role focuses on data integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement across IBP processes to support business performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operational supply chain planning.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with ERP and planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production plans to ensure product availability and service levels are achieved.
• Execute material requirements planning and collaborate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely material supply.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, balancing customer demand with inventory and cost objectives.
• Partner with manufacturing and operational teams to align production capacity and supply requirements.
• Participate in demand and event planning processes, identifying risks and opportunities to improve supply performance.
• Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
