Job summary

Guidant Power, Inc. is seeking an experienced data architecture leader to design and implement scalable enterprise data capabilities in Chicagoland.

This hands-on role will own the data architecture, data warehouse, data quality, and reporting to enable informed decision-making across the organization. You will partner with leadership to drive governance, select technologies, and deliver end-to-end data solutions, including integrations with NetSuite, CRM, HRIS and other systems, while

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, BI or enterprise data architecture.
• Strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, APIs/REST integrations and data security.
• Experience with enterprise data warehouses and scalable reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Guidant's enterprise data warehouse and scalable data models.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines across enterprise applications.
• Improve data quality through governance and standards.
• Partner with leadership to deliver reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Integrate systems including NetSuite, CRM, HRIS and future platforms.
