Job summary

Harmony Anesthesia is seeking an anesthesia provider to cover independent cases at Mercy Council Bluffs in a hospital setting. The schedule includes Friday 5p–7a (potential day shift start if available), Saturday 7a–7a, and Sunday 7a–7a, with a 6-month term and extension option.

Facility performs 3,600 IP/OP surgeries per year; EPIC is used for charting. Competitive pay, travel reimbursement possible, and tail coverage are provided, along with dedicated credentialing support and a benefits

Qualifications

• Iowa License preferred (will consider IMLC or willing to obtain IA license)
• Credentialing within 60 days
• Credentialing with other facilities only if also covering at Immanuel in Omaha, NE

Friday: 5p - 7a (site willing to use provider for day shift on Friday, if provider is available to start earlier)

Saturday: 7a - 7a

Sunday: 7a - 7a

SITE DETAILS:

Facility Location: Mercy Council Bluffs

Setting: Hospital setting performing 3,600 IP/OP surgeries per year.

Duties: Independent Cases

FTE: 1.0

Required Procedures: Ortho, Labor & Delivery, Spine, GI, Gynecology, Urology, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, bariatric bypass, minimal vascular cases

EMR: EPIC

Support Staff: Anesthesia providers, CRNA, Anesthesia Tech

Reason for Coverage: Staffing Shortage

Credentialing Information:

Timeframe: Within 60 days
