Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality in-home care and making a real difference in clients' lives.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and health screening

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
