Qualifications

• New Jersey Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide CHHA license is required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled persons preferred.
• Strong compassion, patience, and dependability.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, bathing, grooming, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and light errands.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for each client.
