Job summary

Caring Angels Home Care, LLC in the Bronx and Westchester is seeking a full-time CHHA Nurse with Oasis experience to join our geriatric home-care team. You will provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, coordinate with the agency, and support families.

Qualifications

• Must have New York State RN License.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• In-person field nursing for geriatric home care.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to geriatric patients.
• Coordinate with the care team and family members.
• Cover Bronx and Westchester locations as assigned.
