Stand Out Home Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) in New Jersey to provide quality in-home care. The role includes assisting with daily activities, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and following nurse-designed care plans.

Responsibilities

• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
