About the Role:

As a CHHA with Maya Home Care, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to our clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with medication management, monitoring vital signs, and providing companionship and emotional support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with medication management, including administering medications as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
• Develop and implement customized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in the State of New Jersey
• minimum 0 years of experience in home healthcare or a related field
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
