Qualifications

• Experience in home health, facilities and hospice.
• Must possess a CHHA license.
• Demonstrates empathy and patience with clients.
• Ability to build rapport and communicate clearly.
• Capable of handling physical workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to the seniors or people with disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
• Medication Reminding
• Light House cleaning, laundry, meal preparation
• Provide companionship
• Be the eyes for the family that can't be there to help
