Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered care. You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support the care plan under a nurse's guidance.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
