Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide high-quality in-home care. You will assist clients with daily living activities, offer companionship, and follow care plans developed with nursing staff.

We value caregivers who are compassionate, reliable, and capable of working independently. Candidates should have a NJ CHHA license, a high school diploma, and pass health screenings; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must pass background check and health screening

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
