Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) in Hamilton, NJ to provide compassionate in-home care. You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and follow individualized care plans under nurse supervision.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid New Jersey CHHA license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Compassionate, reliable and professional demeanor required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
