Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides to support clients in New Jersey with compassionate, in-home care. You will follow a nurse’s plan of care and provide personal care, companionship, and household assistance to help clients stay safe and independent at home.

This role offers training, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a supportive team focused on delivering high-quality care in clients' homes across Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Cumberland, and Salem counties.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience.
• Current HHA license listed in good standing with the board.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care.
• Light housekeeping and laundry, bed making.
• Meal preparation and feeding.
• Range of motion / exercises.
• Transfers using mechanical lifting devices.
• Medication reminders.

Classes priced at a low $300 All inclusive-

What you'll do:

• Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, you'll provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.


• Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.


• Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.


• Meal preparation and feeding


• Range of motion/exercises


• Assisting with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)


• Medication reminders
