Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is seeking Certified Home Health Aides to join a growing team dedicated to compassionate in-home care. You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help maintain safety and dignity in the home.

The role requires a valid New Jersey CHHA license, a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and the ability to follow care plans and document care accurately. Access to ongoing training and development is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Report changes in client condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
