Job summary

Maya Home Care is a boutique PCA/Companion agency in New Jersey seeking HHA certified caregivers to join our growing team. You will provide high-quality personal care and companionship in clients' homes, promoting comfort, safety and well‑being while delivering compassionate, respectful care.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meals, grooming, light housekeeping, documenting care, and reporting changes to the care coordinator.

Qualifications

• HHA certification in New Jersey is required.
• Experience in home care is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe home.
• Monitor health changes and report to the care coordinator.
• Follow individualized care plans with compassion and respect.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Ensure client comfort and safety at all times.
