Qualifications

• HHA certification in New Jersey
• CHHA certification in NJ (NJ)
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals)
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health to the care coordinator
• Follow individualized care plans with compassion and respect
• Ensure client comfort and safety at all times
• Maintain accurate care documentation
