Job summary

Maya Home Care, a boutique PCA/Companion agency serving New Jersey, is looking for dedicated HHA/CHHA certified caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in clients’ lives. You will provide daily living support, companionship, and respectful care in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

HHA certification in New Jersey required.
Experience in home care preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have valid driver's license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home.
Monitor and report changes in health status to the care coordinator.
Follow individualized care plans with compassion and respect.
Ensure client comfort and safety at all times.
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
