Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in New Jersey is growing fast and hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about providing high-quality in-home care and making a real difference in clients' lives and families.

You will follow individualized care plans, assist with daily living activities, provide companionship and emotional support, perform light chores, document care accurately, and report changes to the nurse and agency.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
