Qualifications

• Must be compassionate and reliable when caring for seniors.
• Minimum of 1 year professional experience in in-home care or related settings (e.g., memory care, assisted living, hospital).
• Current TB test or chest X-ray as required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and flexible schedule.
• Excellent communication and empathy with clients and families.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow care plans.
