Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Disease Specific Program Manager in development, implementation and evaluation of Chest Pain, Stroke and Sepsis programs to improve care quality.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines, regulatory requirements and accreditation for Chest Pain and Stroke services.
• Contribute to maintaining safety and high-quality care across disease-specific programs.

JOB LOCATION - Wilkes-Barre General Hospital

POSITION PURPOSE

Responsible for assisting the Disease Specific Program Manager in development, implementation, and evaluation of Disease-Specific programs, this includes Chest Pain, Stroke and Sepsis Program services with the goal of maintaining and enhancing the quality of care delivered to these patients and ensuring compliance with recommended practices/guidelines, regulatory requirements as well as accreditation for Chest Pain and Stroke Program services.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania with a minimum of one (1) year experience in an acute care setting. Must have understanding of Total Quality Management and statistical analysis. Associate degree required.
