Job summary

United Talent LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage daily material orders, prepare shipping documents, and coordinate customer deliveries. The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to operate RF scanners and a cherry picker in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include processing bills of lading, labeling items, maintaining an organized stockroom, and generating shipping/receiving reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience with Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory procedures.
• Ability to operate a Cherry Picker safely.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• At least 1 year of warehouse supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process daily material orders, including deliveries, labeling, and distributing packages.
• Prepare and organize bills of lading, shipping labels, and other documents.
• Coordinate customer deliveries and resolve shipment tracking and invoicing inquiries.
• Box, address, and communicate with shipping carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and storage area.
• Maintain records of goods shipped/received and produce shipping/receiving reports.
• Schedule large shipments and coordinate logistics for storage and staffing.
• Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy.
• Troubleshoot shipping and receiving issues as needed.
• Use RF scanners to track, locate, and process inventory.
• Safely operate a Cherry Picker to retrieve and move materials.
