Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring in Ashford, Alabama for Cherry Picker Operator and Warehouse Equipment Operator roles. You will pull orders, build pallets, and support daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior experience operating reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other warehouse equipment.
• Inventory control or cycle count experience preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow all safety procedures.
• Not afraid of heights.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers
• Safely move, load, and unload materials throughout the facility
• Pick orders using RF scanners and operate at elevated heights when needed
• Handle put-away, replenishment, staging, and product movement
• Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain accurate documentation using WMS or ERP systems
• Complete daily equipment inspections and follow all safety standards
• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks as needed
