Job summary

Atterro in Ashford, AL is seeking a Cherry Picker Operator to work in our warehouse, retrieving, moving and staging products from elevated racks. You will use a cherry picker, follow safety procedures, and keep inventory moving with scanners.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM and a pay rate of $15.75 per hour. Prior cherry picker or forklift experience and certification are preferred, with emphasis on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of cherry picker or similar equipment experience.
• Current forklift or cherry-picker certification, or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail; dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to assist with general warehouse duties, teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate a cherry picker to retrieve, move, and stage products.
• Pick materials from elevated warehouse locations.
• Transport products to designated storage or staging areas.
• Use scanners and inventory systems to record product movement.
• Verify product quantities and inventory counts.
• Inspect equipment before each shift and report issues.
• Follow all safety procedures for equipment and workplace.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Palletize products and organize inventory.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas.
