Randstad USA in Chambersburg, PA is seeking Cherry Picker Operators for temporary-to-hire roles. You will safely operate stand-up reach trucks and cherry pickers, move inventory, scan products, and help load trailers during outbound shipments.

This position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and passing a PIT test. A pre-employment drug screen and background check are required. We offer sign-on incentives and attendance bonuses.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Prior forklift or MHE experience preferred (on-site certification training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Bilingual training available (English/Spanish/Creole).
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Operate stand-up reach trucks and cherry pickers safely.
• Move carts to designated aisles and stage outbound freight.
• Scan products to maintain inventory accuracy and assist with loading/unloading trailers.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and follow safety 5S standards.
• Cross-train across multiple facility departments as volume demands.
