Job summary

Balance Staffing is hiring Cherry Picker operators for a warehouse environment in Ocala. Shifts run 7 PM-5:30 AM ($20.50) and 7 AM-5:30 PM ($19).

Responsibilities

• Prepares product for shipment both manually and via electric powered industrial equipment with lifting devices, such as motorized pallet jack and/or reach truck.
• Packagers prepare and packages customer products in a safe and efficient manner while following the instructions of Line Lead
• Will follow corporate and site specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
• Pick stock items from inventory stock warehouses
• Verify correct items were picked and put back in stock items
• Drive safely and maintain a safe driving record
• Complete safety training as required
• Ensure equipment is maintained and safe for the job
• Keep equipment clean and organized
• Communicate any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately
• Complete all daily logs and reporting forms as required by the company
