Staffmark Group in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Cherry Picker Operator. You will safely operate a cherry picker to retrieve, stock, and move medical products throughout the distribution center, maintaining accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of forklift/cherry picker experience, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany this full-time role in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse or powered industrial equipment training is beneficial.
• 1+ years forklift/cherry picker experience.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Attention to inventory accuracy and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate a cherry picker/order picker forklift to retrieve and replenish inventory stored in elevated warehouse locations.
• Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Load, unload, transport, and stage products throughout the warehouse.
• Verify product quantities, item numbers, and lot numbers to ensure order accuracy.
• Perform inventory replenishment and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Inspect equipment before each shift and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
