Metropolitan Warehouse and Delivery in Greensboro, NC is seeking a full-time Cherry Picker - Operator to load and unload heavy furniture and sort packages in a fast-paced warehouse.

Candidates must have Cherry Picker (MHE) certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs; forklift certification is preferred. Flexible schedules and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Job summary:

We are hiring full-time individuals with Cherry Picker (MHE) certification, to load and unload packages in our fast-paced environment. Associates are responsible for warehouse duties including: the physical loading, unloading of heavy furniture and/or sorting of packages of varying sizes and weights by hand, including lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, scanning, monitoring, placing packages, as well as physical bending, twisting, kneeling and etc. and operating warehouse equipment (i.e. Cherry Picker) in a safe and efficient manner and reporting any mechanical problems.

• Flexible schedules are offered at our location and will be discussed during the hiring process.

Individuals who are interested in starting their journey with Metropolitan Warehouse and Delivery must be at least 18 years of age and have high school diploma or equivalent and will be required to pass an interview with our Warehouse Manager before moving forward with the employment application process. should be able to lift up to 50 lbs. or more and have a forklift certification (preferred).
